Refund policy

We want you to love your Voofy toy. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (including the muslin pouch and seed card, where applicable).
  • You must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking updates.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

Change-of-mind returns

For returns not related to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

  • Orders paid online (via Razorpay/UPI/card): refunded to the original payment method.
  • Orders paid by Cash on Delivery: refunded via bank transfer. We'll ask for your account details once the return is approved.

Refunds are issued for the product price; original shipping charges (where applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable situations

Items that show signs of use, staining, or damage not present at delivery, or returned without prior contact, may not be eligible for a refund.
